Nature Bound Australia (NBA), a leading provider of unique and inspiring travel experiences in Australia’s iconic outback, approached us to conduct a strategic review of their marketing campaigns. NBA had observed a drop in online enquiries from their Facebook and Google Ads initiatives and required a cost-effective solution to maximise their return on investment.
We conducted a web strategy workshop with NBA and facilitated a design and development Sprint to identify areas of improvement for their website. Our proposed website enhancements were centred on improving the overall look, feel, and functionality of key areas of the site, specifically the tour pages and bookings form.
Furthermore, we recommended the implementation of an enticement Call to Action (CTA) mechanism to capture leads effectively. NBA’s website now presents their tours in a clear and easily identifiable format, with an improved homepage and tour page formatting and flow. We also introduced a prominent CTA section to encourage visitors to request NBA’s Most Popular Outback Destinations brochure.
