The Solution

Our journey began with a strategic overhaul of MHA's visual identity, starting with a modernised logo design. Opting for a simplified, single-color format, we aimed to enhance versatility while preserving the iconic puzzle insignia. This symbol not only embodied MHA's core values but also reinforced brand recognition and equity.

We then undertook a complete overhaul of the MHA website, with a focus on high performance, responsive design, and search engine optimisation (SEO). The new design vastly improved user engagement and conversion through an upgraded aesthetic supported by intuitive user journeys.

A fully custom LMS was developed to cater specifically to the needs of MHA and mental health professionals. The system supports advanced educational features, including interactive course materials, progress tracking, badging, gamification and certification. A sophisticated back-end administration interface was created, enabling the MHA team to manage users, update learning content, and maintain the platform with minimal technical assistance.

As a result of these enhancements, MHA has experienced vastly improved user satisfaction, increased organic conversion rates, and higher learner engagement. The project has contributed to MHA’s position as a leading online educator in mental health.
